I was a registered nurse with the National Blood Service (part of the NHS Blood and Transplant Authority) until taking early retirement. I am still branch chair of NHSBT Unite (T&G Section) branch until new elections take place later this year.

I support Chelsea Football Club (West Stand Lower season ticket holder) and also the Cleveland Indians Baseball Team (I spent the first 18 years of my life in Cleveland)

Latest Chelsea Result

Chelsea 5 Leicester City 2 on 20th March 2012 at Stamford Bridge in the FA Cup. Goals by Cahill, Kalou, Torres (2) and Meireles. Gary Cahill dedicated his first Chelsea goal to his former team mate Fabrice Muamba who collapsed during the Spurs - Bolton match on Saturday and remains critically ill. Chelsea face Spurs or Bolton at Wembley in the semi-final.
